Hi, I'm Ashley!
I am a passionate animal lover and wife, owned by 10 rescue kitties, 2 siberian cats and 7 newfoundlands (yes, that’s NINETEEN house pets, and yes their food bill is huge!), and what would rural life be without some chickens and guineas, too?!
I worked at a vet clinic almost six years. I did it all - receptionist, vet assistant, kennel attendant, clinic orders and even some HR stuff. I loved that I made a difference not only in the lives of our clients and their pets, but also with several amazing rescues that I had the privilege to coordinate with! When I made the difficult decision to leave my work family, I wanted to start up my own business and work from home. Just months prior I had ordered some custom dog tags for my newfs and I designed or altered existing designs to reflect each of their names or personality. I loved that their tags were no longer a bland piece of ID but rather a piece of art that was special and unique to each pet! I dove into metal hand-stamping and thus Outstamping Creations (a play on the word “outstanding”) was born.
