FAILED TO RECIEVE

We are not responsible for packages that are late, lost or  stolen, and therefore will not issue any refunds. Please check to make sure the shipping address you provided is correct. If it is incorrect, options are to wait and see if package is returned or pay again to have another order made and sent.

If you chose to ship via Canada Post's cheapest method (uninsured and untrackable): Sometimes it can take to 6 weeks for items to arrive. Most items arrive within 2-12 business days, however weather, holiday season and staff sickness all play a role in mail delays. I have yet to lose a package with this shipping method but the cheaper cost does have increased risk for the purchaser.

If you paid for upgraded Canada Post Shipping that includes tracking/insurance: Please follow the prompts of Canada Post here. If you would like your item re-made please re-order.

MY ITEM(S) DON'T LOOK "PERFECT!"

Hand-stamped items are not done by machine; each letter, number, design and punctuation is lovingly hit into the metal one at a time with a hammer to create the final piece. Due to the handmade nature, the final product will not always be evenly spaced, straight or perfect. Hand-stamping does not remove metal but rather displaces it which may cause some marring on the opposite side. Outstamping Creations strives to keep these to a minimum however these deviations are a natural part of the process and truly make each piece unique and is part of the charm!
